In effort to support Colorado artists impacted by COVID-19, Black Cube is pleased to award 10 exceptional videos by Colorado-based artists.

All works were produced in the last year, with select videos produced during the COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent quarantine.

This Video Art Award was made possible with the help of an emergency grant from the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation and a matching donation from Leslie and J Kent Miller, as well as ongoing support from the David and Laura Merage Foundation. Black Cube employed these funds to support video artists in Colorado and to share regional video art with audiences online during an intense time of social isolation. Each selected artist will receive recognition and a $200 cash award. As an organization devoted to artists’ sustainability and art accessibility, we hope this opportunity provides care to artists and inspiration to viewers during these trying times.
